Wicker Park - Birch Harbor/Walnut Natural

3. Eat-In Kitchens – Is the eat-in kitchen making a comeback? 4. Welcome Color – Playing it safe maybe isn’t so safe after all. The Spruce says bold colors will be in this year, especially when it comes to tile. 5. Aging-in-Place Features – According to Better Homes & Gardens, more and more homeowners are planning to stay in their homes long term, so that means planning ahead when remodeling or building. Features like curbless showers and nonslip flooring will be popular this year for practical reasons.
