Delivery Was Seamless

Creative tile is by far the best tile store in the Lehigh Valley. I have walked into the store unannounced and also made an appointment and both times had excellent service. They have a large selection of custom tiles and have tiles displayed perfectly to see what your ultimate project will end up looking like. The flooring is also displayed in large sections so you can have a vision. The Staff is super knowledgeable and great with suggestions. They make samples available to bring home to test run your idea, and help with those selections. Delivery was seamless. Looking for tile or flooring that’s different and great quality while offering competitive pricing then this is your store.

I Highly Recommend Them

I decided that I wanted to remodel my bathroom and my son suggested that I check out Creative Tile in Allentown. When I first walked in to their large showroom, I was overwhelmed by the thousands of choices in colors and styles. I had a photograph with me of a bathroom that my wife and I really liked. Working with Bob, Lauren and Dawn, I was quickly able to narrow down this selection process to a few choices, resulting in the exact look for which I was hoping.

One other note… there was a mix-up on one of the deliveries of my tile. Al had a delivery person drive to New York to pick-up this tile and personally delivered it to my house the day before I needed it. You don’t find service like this in too many places any more and I highly recommend them.

They Made It Easy!

Taking on a kitchen or bathroom remodel can be a daunting task, but Lauren and Jane at Creative Tile made the process easy. They were patient with us while we made our final decision on tile, granite and cabinets even when we changed our minds (more than once). We ended up selecting a gorgeous Oceanside tile and Wellborn cabinets for the kitchen. For our bathroom, we selected ledger stone for one wall, stone shower floor and tile for the balance of the shower walls. Again, we used Wellborn cabinets in the bathroom. We are extremely happy with our master bath and kitchen.

I cannot thank Lauren and Jane enough for their patience and help during the selection process. They were attentive and informative. I would recommend Creative Tile to anyone remodeling a kitchen or
